Data Controller

Under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK" — Turkey's data protection law, broadly equivalent to the GDPR), your personal data is processed by Fabrika Yazılım Tic. Ltd. Şti. Data Processed and Purpose

During the purchase of a service via store.fab.limited, your name, email, phone, invoice/company details, and payment record are processed for the purposes of forming the contract, performing the service, invoicing, and fulfilling legal obligations.

Processing of Payment Data

Payment is processed via the infrastructure of PayTR Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Kuruluşu A.Ş. Your card details are never seen or stored by the Seller; they are processed directly on PayTR's PCI-DSS compliant secure page.

Storage of Sales and Invoice Data

Your sales and invoicing data is securely stored, as data processor, by Paraşüt Yazılım A.Ş., our e-invoicing and accounting infrastructure provider, for the periods required by applicable legislation.

Data Sharing

Other than legal obligations, the payment intermediary (PayTR), and the invoicing/accounting service mentioned above, your personal data is not shared, sold, or rented to any third party, institution, or platform for marketing, advertising, or any other commercial purpose.

Retention Period

Data is retained for the periods required by applicable legislation (e.g. 10 years under the Turkish Tax Procedure Law) or for as long as necessary for the processing purpose, after which it is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

Your Rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information about it, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad, to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, to request deletion or destruction, and to request that these actions be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred.
